Educational and Qualification Degree "Doctor" (Ph.D.) The Ph.D. degree programme is a basic form of organized training of highly qualified specialists willing to do scientific and research work and to teach for the needs of the University, as well as of other applicants from the areas of science and practice. Individuals who have completed their ‘Master’s’ educational and qualification degree are allowed to apply for the Ph.D. degree course. The modes of the Ph.D. degree course of study are full-time, part-time, and independent. The period of study for the full-time course is 3 years; the part-time course of study lasts 4 years, and the independent self-study is up to 3 years.
