Awarded qualification: Computer Science

Level of qualification: Master

 

Specific admission requirements: Completed bachelor degree program and after entrance exam.

 

Specific arrangements for recognition of prior learning:
The students can use their prior learning graduation in different EU universities following the ECTS credit system. Recognising credits after completing courses and receiving industrial or professional certificates is also acceptable after Department consideration and approval.

 

Qualification requirements and regulations:
In order to get their qualification students must be allocated 90 credits.

 

Profile of the programme:
If the bachelor degree program is in different area the student has to do extra semester. The program is organised by putting appropriate milestone from game design proffesional practice. This is because it is created under the guidence of experts from games studios in EU. It combines Computer Science with marketing and business practices. This can help every student to participate in enterpreneurship activities during his/her study.

 

Key learning outcomes:
Students acquire specific theoretical knowledge and practical skills to support successful career in GameDev industry. They are participating in different forms of co-working with companies during their study and also they are involved in community with IT professionals.
Most of students participating in Erasmus+ internship, IT companies internships, Master classes and Seminars with IT Business specialists.

 

Occupational profiles of graduates:
The acquired professional qualification allows graduates to successfully realize themselves as game developers, QA specialists in game industry, game designers etc.  

 

Access to further studies:
The acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in the Master’s degree course are the basis for further studies in Master's and PhD programs. The students actually will be involved in research activities (in the area of modern UI using appropriate NUI devices) in their curricular and extra curricular hours..
