This form is the only way in which the university accepts information about the student's arrival in Varna and accordingly a request for organizing a meeting and accommodation.
The University organizes a meeting for students under the following conditions:
Accommodation is organized if there are free beds in the University facilities.
In order to be considered accepted, you must wait for your application to be approved by the University.
Applications are accepted if submitted no later than 7 days before arrival.
