Travel registration form

Dear students,

This registration form is important for organizing your trip. The information provided will be submitted to the border authorities responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of foreign nationals.

Please fill out the form below accurately and adhere to the departure and return dates you have indicated.

The registration form must be completed no later than 7 days prior to your travel date.

We recommend waiting for our response before undertaking your trip.

Please note the following:

During classes and exam sessions:

Students are required to be present at the university during classes and exam sessions. Planning trips outside Bulgaria during these periods is not recommended;
Short trips are permitted in cases of emergency, provided the destination is the student's home country;
Travel to EU and Schengen Area countries is not recommended;
Students must inform the university and obtain approval before leaving the country (an electronic registration form is being prepared);
Upon returning to the country, students must inform the university and update their details in "My Personal Data."

Upon your return to Bulgaria, please complete the registration form for arriving students, which is available on the university website.
