PROFESSIONAL AREA OF VISUAL ARTS WITH A VERY HIGH GRADE FOR PROGRAMMME ACCREDITATION

The National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency awarded a grade of 9.03 (with a maximum score of 10) to the professional area of Visual Arts at VFU “Chernorizets Hrabar”. The grade was awarded to the programmes for acquiring the educational and qualification degrees "Bachelor" and "Master". It is a guarantor of the high quality of the academic product, the research and artistic activity that faculty and students develop.Once again, the efforts made for the continuous introduction of innovations in the learning process, the advance of integrated learning and the emphasis on the development of practical skills are highly evaluated. All this is a prerequisite for the good preparation of our students for the professions of the future.
The beginning of the training in the field of arts at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" was set in 1994 with the opening of specialties in the professional area of Visual Arts. The lecturers in the specialties provide high quality education in accordance with the national traditions, as well as with the European and world standards in the field of arts.
In the academic year 2021/2022, the admissions procedure in the specialty Fashion Design and the master's degree programmes in Arts and Event Management and Design Practices in the Fashion Industry continues. The graduates of the faculty are now successful artists - designers, painters, pedagogues, art directors in creative institutes and cultural industries, in cinema, television, media and others.
