Students are the most important part of the academic family of Varna Free University. They have their ambassador in the academic leadership of the University – Dean of Student Life and Event Management.

The goal of the team is to sustain favorable conditions for the development of an active student community. The vibrant student life manifests itself in interest clubs, international forums, master classes by prominent Bulgarian and foreign scientists, concerts, career days, culture days and other events. The Student Council, its clubs and students receive support for organising and conducting various student events such as conferences, festivals, concerts, sports tournaments, creative workshops and exhibitions.

Students are provided with information and resources for career orientation and planning, for events related to practical experience, for opportunities for internships and academic mobility under the "Erasmus+" programme.

The dean supports students in solving various issues and assists with the adaptation of Bulgarian and foreign students to university life.
