Supreme Cassation Prosecutor’s Office Prosecutor to Present International Cooperation in Criminal Matters in a Public Lecture
Tsvetomir Yosifov, Administrative Head of the International Department at the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor’s Office, will deliver a public lecture at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” on October 15th, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 205.
The lecture will focus on international cooperation in criminal matters. Key topics will include the European Investigation Order, the European Arrest Warrant, and the transfer of criminal proceedings.
The event is organized as part of the Criminal Law Studies Club at the Department of Criminal Law Studies at the Faculty of Law. It will provide students with an opportunity to broaden their knowledge of the mechanisms of international cooperation and discuss their practical application with a representative of the Prosecutor’s Office.
