03 december 2025

On the eve of the Student’s Day and Christmas, Varna University “Chernorizets Hrabar” held a day filled with meaning, recognition, and festive spirit.
The events started in the central foyer, where the Charity Fair brought together students, lecturers, and guests in an atmosphere of shared kindness and inspiration.
Students, lecturers, and staff raised 1,124.35 leva, donated to causes supported by the Student Council – assistance for the Home for Children Deprived of Parental Care in the village of Mechka, as well as support for families from Varna and the region raising children with severe illnesses.
The space was filled with the aroma of homemade cookies, pastries, cakes, and other small delicious treats prepared by students, lecturers, and staff. The students prepared handmade Christmas cards and beautiful souvenirs made of concrete. A festive quiz and “surprises from the socks” brought even more smiles and good cheer.
The celebration continued in Aula Maxima, where students whose academic success, achievements, and activity contribute to the university’s reputation were honored.
