VFU “CHERNORIZETS HRABAR” OFFERS STUDENTS A COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR 2 DIPLOMAS FROM 2 PRESTIGIOUS EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" has re-signed a contract with BI Norwegian Business School to conduct the joint bachelor's programme in International Business, which gives students the opportunity to simultaneously receive two prestigious diplomas in two majors from both universities. The Norwegian Business School is among the leading universities in Europe and the only one in the northernmost country on the old continent to hold three international accreditations, called the Triple Crown. Globally, less than 1% of business schools have such accreditation.
The programme is a suitable solution for prospective students who hesitate between Bulgaria and abroad for their higher education. VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" offers its students the opportunity to acquire two European diplomas, which are a competitive advantage and a guarantee for their successful career development in Bulgaria and abroad.
The partnership with BI Norwegian Business School has a 5-year history. Students from the first class of the International Business major have already received their diplomas from the Norwegian Business School and Varna Free University. The joint programme is preferred by young people from Bulgaria, USA, Great Britain, Ukraine, Turkey, etc. During the first three years, they are educated at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" entirely in English. The curriculum includes courses in the field of international trade, finance, international markets, financial reporting, banking, international marketing, etc. The lectures are led by distinguished lecturers of the university, as well as by Bulgarian and foreign practising experts, who have proven themselves in the field of entrepreneurship and investments. Part of the training is in an environment developed for starting own business and managing investment projects. Students participate in the Erasmus+ mobility programme, placements, internships, various academic exchange programmes, courses and master classes.
During the 4th year, students who have demonstrated excellent results have the opportunity to continue their studies in Oslo. In both universities, they receive personal treatment, excellent theoretical and practical knowledge, which successfully prepares them for the requirements of modern international business companies. The young people communicate with their peers from all over the world, and the educational and cultural exchange is a guarantee for the creation of new friendships and future business partnerships.
