VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" OPENS THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR ON 1 OCTOBER

We are pleased to invite you to the opening ceremony of the new 2019/2020 academic year – 1 October (Tuesday) 2019 at 10:00 am at the East Park of the university.
All students and faculty, former alumni, partners, guests and friends of Varna Free University are invited to the event.
VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" welcomes the new academic year with its highest grade given by the National Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria - 9.21 (according to the ten-point system). Assessment, which gives Varna Free University a leading position among higher education institutions in the country and is first among private universities in Bulgaria.
Traditionally, the first day will start with blessing of water – for health, success and prosperity.
The scholarship programme of the university "I will study and succeed in Bulgaria" will be presented, which for the 12th consecutive year provides an opportunity for 20 candidate students to participate in a competition for a one-year scholarship for training in their chosen specialty.
The first-year students will receive their student booklets, and those that have received the highest score will be honoured.
The students will be introduced to the opportunities for internships and mobilities under Erasmus + programme.
The Academic Dance Theatre of Varna Free University will create the festive atmosphere.
