Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" is the first Bulgarian university to integrate application and training processes with Google Cloud Technologies in collaboration with the Creative Learning Center. This happened as part of the pilot project of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" and the Creative Training Center for implementation of Google G Suite at the university. In connection with the Order of the Minister of Health for introduction of anti-epidemic measures in Bulgaria, VFU “Chernorizets Hrabar” suspends classes, cancels the semester and state exams and the contact hours until 29 March 2020. The students of Varna Free University will be informed in due time by departments for the transition to distance learning (or electronic forms). Remote work is introduced for the administrative staff by 29 March 2020. Applying at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" is now entirely in an electronic environment ►​

The presentation of the book "How to Study Public Life" by the world-renowned architect and urbanist Jan Gehl aroused great interest. The event was held at the Graphite Hotel-Gallery. The book is published in the Bulgarian language by Varna Free University. It is translated by Assoc. Prof. Plamen Petrov, PhD - lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture.
