COURSE FOR DIRECTORS OF SCHOOLS, KINDERGARTENS AND PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALISTS ENTITLED "MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATION"

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" announces admission to a course entitled "Management of Education"for acquiring additional qualifications. The training is one year; the classes are divided into two semesters and can be conducted in person or in a virtual environment.
The training is aimed at head teachers of schools and kindergartens, as well as at all pedagogical specialists who wish to acquire additional knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of education management.
The training is in compliance with the requirements of ORDINANCE № 15 of 22 July 2019 on the status and professional development of teachers, head teachers and other pedagogical specialists, Art. 60 (1) and the successful graduates, who have a fourth professional-qualification degree, acquire the right to apply for obtaining a third professional-qualification degree.
The training ends with a state written exam or defending a diploma thesis.
Successful graduates receive a Certificate of Professional Qualification.

- They form specific knowledge and practical and applied skills in general and strategic management, including skills for developing a strategy of the educational institution.
- Acquire knowledge, skills and competencies for the regulation of educational institutions in the system of secondary education, including document management and financial management and control system.
- They build and develop the so-called "soft skills", including working with emotions, etiquette, protocol, coaching and mediation.
