"LECTURES ON WHEELS": THE STUDENTS OF ARCHITECTURE AT VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABER" ENRICHED THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF BULGARIAN ARCHITECTURAL HISTORY
11/10/2023Fourth-year students majoring in Architecture at Varna Free University took part in the traditional educational expedition called "Lectures on Wheels". The field trips are part of the programme in the discipline History of Bulgarian Architecture, which give students the opportunity to get to know the architectural tradition of our country by visiting various architectural monuments on site.

09/10/2023Students from Varna Free University volunteered in the Present Me with a Dream project of the Association for Support of People with Mental Disabilities - Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration "Chaika", within the framework of a social service for disabled youth. These are Yana Stoyanova - 3rd year student, majoring in Fashion Design, Radina Georgieva and Stanimira Ilieva, fourth year students majoring in Graphic Design.

06/10/2023The Department of Foreign Language Teaching and Postgraduate Qualification organizes courses in Japanese and Portuguese language and culture for all the students from VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". The courses are year-round and free for university students, as they are part of cooperation agreements with the International Institute for Japanese Language and Culture and the Camões Institute - the Portuguese Cultural and Language Center at the Embassy of Portugal in Bulgaria. Students can enroll in both courses at the same time.

04/10/2023Dear students, lecturers and friends, Welcome on October 7 and 8 in Hall 1 of the Educational and Sports Complex at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" to the Master Class "Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication" with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lora Mutisheva. The course is part of the permanent ART OF COMMUNICATION forum. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lora Mutisheva graduated from The National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts “Kr. Sarafov ”(NATFA). She is a lecturer in speech technique, orthoepy, stage speech, public speech, verbal action at NATFА. She took part in dozens of author's compositions and productions in various theaters. At the moment, she is also an actress in the "Sofia" theater.

04/10/2023Today, students from all courses and majors at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" participated together in the game "Hey, Don't Get Angry, Student!", which they invented and developed themselves. The competition created an amazing atmosphere in the East Park of the university, provoked fun and laughter, and the giant playing field of 7 x 7 meters became the playground for exciting clashes and strategic decisions. The organizer of the student version of the popular children's board game "Hey, Don't Get Angry, man" is the Student Council of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".

02/10/2023Today is the first day of the 2023/24 academic year. Thank you for this honor and the opportunity to once again welcome everyone present as members of our distinguished academic family. I am saying this with the deep conviction that today is a special day because VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", as one of the first private higher education institutions in our country, opens its doors for the 32nd time to welcome its students, lecturers, partners and spiritual companions. Thanks to our joint efforts, today the university is a different, dynamically developing, academically connected in national and international scientific networks and, last but not least, an attractive educational center for students from a number of countries around the world.

02/10/2023The new academic year 2023 - 2024 was opened today by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov - president of Varna Free University. The student anthem was also played in the heart of the Rhodopes - at the University Branch in Smolyan, where an official ceremony was also held.
