THE ARTS AND DESIGN GRIP VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY

The art event "7 days Art and Design" starts at Varna Free University today to 1 June. The rich palette of events is organized by the Department of Arts at the Faculty of Architecture at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
Today, May 27, at 2:00 p.m, we will find out why the picture "Mona Lisa" has been declared "the greatest masterpiece" of all time. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liza Boeva - a script writer and director, lecturer in art history, will reveals the mystery of the beauty of the Florentine housewife Lisa Giocondo.
We will talk about fashion with bTV's chief stylist Stanimira Yanakieva - on May 28 at 2 pm in the Eastern Park of Varna Free University. Stanimira Yanakieva has been head of the Style and Vision Department in bTV since 2015. A year later, she established her fashion and lifestyle section "Let`s Talk about Fashion" at ladyzone.bg on bTV.
Can flowers complement the vision and style of events, the interior and the clothing? Marina Rukova - a florist and art-designer will tell us. She is also a trained lecturer and associate at the International School of Floral Design - Lisbon, Portugal. The workshop will be held on May 29 at 4.00 pm.
What the dress code is and what it says about us, we will learn from Prof. Savka Kazalarska on 30 May at 1.00 p.m. at the Academic and Sports Center at VFU.
The culture editor of ELLE Theresa Voskanyan and the fashion photographer Peyo Peev will provoke us in a discussion on beauty and art on May 30 at 3 pm in the University's Eastern Park.
The culmination of the events will be the fashion show of the students from "Fashion and Fashion Management" and "Fashion Design".
"LaMer" is a production of the 4th year students in "Fashion and Fashion Management". On May 31 at 6:30 pm near Rappongi Beach, we will see 20 models and visions inspired by the sea and the sea stripe. The idea and realization of the exclusive fashion show is Stanimira Yanakieva, the project manager is Kapka Manassieva, and the fashion vision is made by Albena Sveshtarova.
The annual fashion design review will be held on June 1 in the University Park and coincides with the international conference "ArCivE'2019 - Architecture and Construction" at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". Students from different courses will present their ideas on Flora.
Design and Fashion Week is a practice for students of the Master's Degree Programme "Arts and Event Management". They will apply the theoretical knowledge to real projects.
"7 Days Art and Design" promotes arts education, disseminates results, shares and exchanges experiences. During this period, the doors of the university are open to all students and art and design lovers. Within the week, there will be various activities every day: lectures, workshop, discussions, training, talks, seminars, career counseling.
