THE YOUNGEST STUDENT AT VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" WITH SILVER FROM THE NATIONAL DANCESPORT TOURNAMENT

17-year-old Ksandrinia Kapelova - a first-year student of Choreography - Contemporary Dance Theatre and the youngest student of VFU "Chernrorizets Hrabar", ranked second in the National Tournament and National Cup in Dancesport Diana cup 2021. The competition, organized by the Bulgarian Federation of Dancesport Clubs, took place over the weekend in Yambol.
The choreography student is a four-time champion of Bulgaria. She is a competitor of the Veliko Tarnovo Ksani Dance club, coached by her mother Nikolinka Koleva. The ten-time champions of Bulgaria - Andra Linte and Konstantin Todorov, who is also a student majoring in Choreography - Contemporary Dance Theatre at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", also help the young girl's development in dancesport.
"I am glad that I had the opportunity to dance again, after the long break imposed by the epidemic. On the dance floor, I feel the strongest, happiest and most satisfied. I have been taught discipline and I know that only with perseverance and hard work will I reach the top. It was my love for dance that led me to the decision to study choreography and combine dancesport with more knowledge in the field of contemporary dance theatre. I am grateful that the lecturers at the university are excited about my development in dancesport and outside of university, "said Ksandrinia.
Ksandrinia was highly praised during the competition by an international judge on the jury, who was filled with admiration from the dances performed. He believes that the young hope has a future on the international podium.
Ksandrinia and her partner Hristian Yordanov competed in the Youth and Latin American Dances categories.
